Order Processing
Please allow 2–3 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Store Pickup
Pickup Location: Applewood Lane, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada (M9C 0C1)
Pickup is available daily between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available across Canada. During checkout:
- Enter your delivery address.
- Select the Local Delivery option (if eligible).
If this option does not appear, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Flat Rate Shipping (Canada)
Orders are shipped via Canada Post within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days.
Domestic Flat Rates:
- Ontario (Orders over CAD 250): Free Shipping
- Ontario (Orders under CAD 250): CAD 15
- Other Provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Quebec): CAD 20
For other shipping rates (e.g., calculated at checkout), charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
