Return and Exchange Policy

At Tarz-e-Mashriq, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges, or store credits under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Items: If the item arrives damaged.
  2. Incorrect Item: If the wrong item was delivered.
  3. Wrong Size: If the size received is incorrect.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are not available for any other reasons, including change of mind.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at care@tarzemashriq.com or contact us via WhatsApp at 647-848-4507 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong size).
  2. Upon receiving your request, we will review your case and send you further instructions.
  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  4. If your return is approved, please ship the item(s) to:
    23 Applewood Lane, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada (M9C 0C1).

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  1. Item Condition: To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact. Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Size Difference: Please note that sizes are provided according to our size charts, but there may be a minor +/- 1” variation in measurements. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return.
  3. Premium Stitched Items: For premium stitched outfits, the accessories included may vary slightly from the images, as these are subject to availability from the brand. Such variations are not grounds for a return.

Return/Exchange Timeline

  1. Return/Exchange Request: You must request a return or exchange within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  2. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 7 working days for the return or exchange to be processed and completed.
    Note: If the return is for an exchange, we will send the replacement item after the return is processed.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Timeline: Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  2. Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the item, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. Payment Reversal: Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). If you used a gift card, the refund will be issued back as a gift card credit for future use on our website.

Order Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing care@tarzemashriq.com or dropping a message on our WhatsApp number 647-848-4507.
    Note: Once the shipping label has been generated or the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
  2. Shipping Charges: If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, shipping charges will be refunded, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

Important Notes

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • In-Store Credit: In cases where a refund is not applicable, store credit may be issued for future purchases on our website. Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the item. If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead of an exchange.
  • Customer Satisfaction: We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with your order.
